Jode Brexa, Ed. S., has been teaching and training at secondary and post-secondary institutions for more than thirty years in the United States, Africa, Central and East Asia and Eastern Europe.

Fulbright Alumna

She was hosted by the University of Free State in South Africa on a 2013-2014 Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching where she facilitated Digital Storytelling projects with young varsity women and with rural secondary school graduates of Columba Leadership’s Academy.

an xray, images from 16th century capela dos ossos in evora, portugal, and travel photos illustrate a text inspired by le chanson de roland to document hope after loss.  the silent opening in Portuguese translates as “we bones that are here, for yours await.”
