FRENCH THROUGH DIGITAL STORYTELLING

Sound-edited narration offers an approach for learners to improve their language learning. Ten high school students learning French engaged in Digital Storytelling to review grammar and practice pronunciation.

AUDIENCE: Ouray students’ Digital Stories were shared with PenPals in France, giving French students insight into the American students and their lives. A visit to France evolved out of the project. Bonnie, whose story is featured, is now a film student at University of Colorado-Denver.
